Corinne Wilcox Managing Director

Corinne is one of Keeper’s Co-Founders and San Diego’s most prolific Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology recruiters. Corinne joined Sthree in August 2018 as a Senior Recruiting Consultant. In December 2019 she was awarded Rookie of the Year. By December 2020 she was the #2 top global recruiter (out of 10,000 employees) and again in December 2021 but also #1 Recruiter Nationwide. In the 3 ½ years Corinne was at Sthree she had been promoted a total of 6 times and broke countless records. She performed numerous trainings for her peers and was renowned for her resiliency and making the impossible happen. She deeply and genuinely cares about the people she works with. That's why she is known for putting a unique spin on recruiting by investing time with both her candidates and clients to ensure she is making the best placement.

Blake Mobley, PhD Managing Director

Blake combines years of experience as a biotech executive with a background in recruiting and behavioral interviews honed as an officer at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). More recently, he was the Chief Information Officer and Head of Human Resources at BioSplice Therapeutics, a biotech company that reached a $12B valuation in 2018. He also served as a political analyst at the RAND Corporation and is the author of The Fragile Dictator: Counterintelligence Pathologies in Authoritarian States (2023) and Terrorism and Counterintelligence: How Terrorist Groups Elude Detection (2012), as well as several books and articles on behavioral analysis, talent acquisition, candidate screening, vetting and counterintelligence. He has a PhD from Georgetown University, an MPP from Harvard University, and a BA in Psychology from Stanford University.

Haley Wonsley Director of Operations & Recruiting

Haley brings more than 13 years of experience in government relations, communications and project management throughout Southern California. As Director of Operations and Recruiting at Keeper, she implements comprehensive operational strategies and recruitment techniques, delivering innovative and effective solutions for clients and candidates.

Most recently, she served as the Director of Communications and Marketing for California State University, San Marcos where she developed strategies for a $100 million philanthropic campaign, directed government relations efforts and was a key member of the Advancement leadership team. Recognized as one of San Diego’s 40 under 40 emerging leaders and the youngest board chair of the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce highlights her significant impact and trusted stewardship throughout our region. In her role at Keeper, Haley applies her proven track record in client management and her passion for building lasting relationships to identify and attract top-tier talent in the biotech industry.
