  • Core Motivator Assessment

    The Core Motivator Assessment is a 60-minute behavioral interview. In this interview, we evaluate your current leaders and team members to optimize team dynamics. This also is used to evaluate candidates for corporate culture and skills fit.

    The central objective of our behavioral interview is to discover a candidate’s core motivators. Allowing us and our clients to make the best hiring decisions.

    Motivators are deeply held beliefs and values that powerfully shape decision-making and work behaviors. Knowing the core motivators of your corporate team will help to improve your decision making, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and selection of additional team members.

    Our interview approach allows us to estimate these qualities as we analyze the candidate’s decisions and responses to scenarios.

  • Team Dynamics Assessments

    The Team Dynamics Assessment provides leaders with a framework for optimizing talent. It generates insights and pathways to refine, enhance, and maximize the potential of individuals and teams within the company. The central theory of this process is that optimizing potential begins with self-awareness—understanding core motivators and strengths and weaknesses. In the team environment, gaining collective awareness is an equally critical goal. This begins with an understanding of the dynamic interplay of each of the team member’s core motivators, strengths, and weaknesses.

    The Team Dynamics Assessment is followed up with a facilitated company workshop. The half-day workshop brings teams together to discuss important differences in communication and decision-making styles and will produce immediate improvements in group dynamics.

  • Personal Assessments

    The Interview: We conduct a 60-minute interview where we help you discover your core motivators. A core motivator is a defining psychological focus that an individual maintains, almost always subconsciously, affecting the individual’s goals and behavior. The central thesis of this method is that all people have a small number of core motivators that shape nearly every major decision they make.

    Feedback and analysis: We’ll walk through your motivators at the end of the hour and map out strategies for further discovery to optimize your performance and fulfillment. This exercise will help you improve decision making, manage conflict, and increase your self awareness and emotional intelligence.

    Follow-up: We’ll follow up a few weeks later in a 30-minute session to talk through further increasing motivator awareness, creating a clearer window to your greatest strengths and your hidden weaknesses.
